Horseshoe Lake Labs & Hunts, requires a non-refundable deposit to reserve a puppy. By placing a deposit, you agree to the following terms:

• The standard deposit fee is $500, though this amount may fluctuate depending on specific litters or breeding plans. The exact deposit amount will be clearly communicated prior to payment.

• We accept Venmo, credit/debit cards, cash, and checks as valid payment methods.

• All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of changes in personal circumstances, timing conflicts, or buyer preferences.

• A deposit does not guarantee the availability of a specific puppy, gender, color, or pickup date. Puppy availability depends on natural breeding outcomes, health evaluations, and Horseshoe Lake Labs & Hunts’ discretion.

• If your preferred puppy is not available, your deposit may be transferred to a future litter or applied to a different available puppy, as determined by Horseshoe Lake Labs & Hunts.

• Horseshoe Lake Labs & Hunts reserves the right to refuse or cancel a sale at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to concerns about the suitability of placement. In such rare cases, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.

 

Important Legal Notice:
By submitting a deposit, you agree to these terms and understand that placing a deposit does not constitute a legally binding contract to deliver a specific puppy. Any attempt to initiate legal action due to unmet preferences — including, but not limited to, color, gender, timeline, or breeder decisions — is considered a breach of the spirit of this agreement and may be subject to legal defense and recovery of costs by Horseshoe Lake Labs & Hunts.

Deposits are submitted voluntarily and with the understanding that breeding is a natural process with variables outside of our control.
